Account Deletion - MobileFinance

If you want to delete your account and associated data, you can do it directly in the app or request deletion manually.

How to delete your account in the app

  1. Open the MobileFinance app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the action

What data will be deleted

What data may be retained

Some technical logs may be temporarily retained for security and fraud prevention purposes, but they are automatically deleted within a limited time.

Data retention period

All user data is deleted immediately after the request is processed, except for temporary logs which may be retained for up to 30 days.
